What you asked is not possible.

The first replication is in fact just the creation of the database, and of course your client can do it everywhere you want.

But after, in very short, replication is a process of synchronisation that needs a client and a server, or two servers.
They're talking together to see what differences exist between the databases and after synchronise them.
To talk together, you'd rather share the same language, that means Domino in the present case.
